I Heart Botanical Prints!

You know I'm an 80 year old trapped in an almost 30 body, right? So, it should not come as a surprise that I LOVE, love, LOVE, vintage botanical prints. I've shopped my local antique stores and my dear friend Google. Womp, womp, womp...not much success. (well, I did find prints to die for that were a grand a piece but I don't have a sugar daddy.) Here are my inspiration ideas:

So, what did I do?  I searched and searched and came across a big hardback coffee table book with 300 reproduction botanical prints dating back to the 1700's that were----wait for it....the perfect size 12x9! Insert major squeals! So after much reviews and investigating I bought this book from Amazon.com for 60 bucks! (notice the word antique)

How can you not fall in love with the root system, leaves, bulbs and authentic vintage feel?!  I am beside myself!  What do the pages look like?

Let's just say I am beyond excited to get my book. I can't wait to thumb through the pages and get to work!  The prints are going in my dining room.  It's a twofer because duh, then I will use the book on my coffee table! (ha, it's the little things people)
