Long over due!

 taking out all old appliances and getting new SS appliances throughout the house.

 painted new black shutters

 pressure washed the worlds biggest deck. Only took me 13 hours.

 laid all new flooring and picked paint samples.

 new soft gray paint color.

all appliances delivered and installed.  Gas pipes laid. 

 New flooring inside and outside.  Kind of like a Where's Waldo picture, except where's Zane? ha!

 First breakfast on the deck.  blueberry pancakes on a pretty day....new memories. 

Still have a lot to do!  Hardware, kitchen renovation, changing out light fixtures, decorating, painting the office and guest room and so much more! It's a work in progress but I'm happy!
