I heart Shrimp

My sister is a great chef! She actually owns her own cupcake business in Memphis called Monkey Bread Bakery. Check her out at www.monkeybreadbakery.com Anyways, check out our cute table scape for dinner. She is forever changing her style and designs. Here's my super sister cooking me dinner! She is a pro at jumbo coconut shrimp
She used that little wooden thing to get fresh lime juice. Let's call it the Liminator!! ha
A bowl of coconut milk and freshly chopped parsley
peeling the shrimp and cutting down the backside to get the junk out

wash the shrimp too
dump cleaned shrimp into the coconut/lime batter

I left a picture out of her breading the shrimp by dipping them into the coconut chunks

Use your deep fryer and.....

VOILA! The best shrimp ever!

We also had salad and corn on the cob. Then, we headed to the couch with LinZ to watch Ali and all her man troubles!
